Mrs. William Schell
Funeral service for Mrs. William Schell (Mary Emma) Schell, 89, Deforest Rd., will be held Thursday at 1:30 pm
at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home.
Mrs. Schell died Monday morning in her home after a long illness.
She was born May 31, 1872 in Mercer County, PA. and was the adopted daughter of Hezekiah and Eliza Pettigrew. She was married to the late William Schell in 1892.
Formerly, of Butler, PA they had lived here 33 years and were a member of the Bolingdale Nazarene Church.
Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. William (Clara) Griffith Fontana, Calf., Mrs. Frank Harriwalt, Sylvania, Ohio, Mrs. Archie (Cecel) Ritenour, Slippery Rock, PA and Mrs. Roy (Grace) Rihel, Warren, Ohio, and  a son, Lawrence, at home; 23 grandchildren and 41 great grandchildren.
Friends may call at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home, Wednesday from 7 to 9 pm. Burial will be at Crown Hill Burial Park.
