DOROTHY M. ROHER

Dorothy M. Roher, 74, of Volant, formerly of Isle, died Friday at Jameson Memorial Hospital in New Castle.
Born Sept. 22, 1923, in Forrestville, she was the daughter of Archie and Mary (Schell) Ritenour.
Mrs. Roher was a former member of the Mount Zion Baptist Church of Isle.
She had worked for the housekeeping department of Grove City College.
She is survived by tow daughters, Mrs. Ronald (Shirley) O'Neil and Bonita Watford, both of Florence,S.C.; a son, James Roher of Volant; a sister, Mrs. Melvin Fisher of Jackson Center; and seven grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George Roher, whom she married Dec. 29, 1947, and who died Sept. 3, 1995; two sisters; and two brothers.

Friends of Dorothy M. Roher, who died July 17, 1998, will be received from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday at Youngs Funeral Home in West Sunbury. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday in the funeral home following visitation, with the Rev. John Yergan, of the First Baptist Church in New Castle, officiating.
Burial will be in the Mt. Zion Baptist Cemetery.
