In Loving Memory of Archie O. Ritenour Archie O. Ritenour, R.D. 3 Slippery Rock, died at Grove City Hospital yesterday
afternoon after an illness of three years. He was 59. Born is Slippery Rock Township, Butler County, Jan. 25, 1896, he
was the son of Oliver E. and Sadie Sarah Stull Ritenour. He married Mary Cecel Schell 33 years ago. He had been employed
as a shipping clerk at the Cooper Bessemer Corp for 26 years. He was a member of the Eagles Lodge of Grove City and a veteran
of World War I, serving over seas with Battery B of the 323rd Fields Artillery. Surviving are his wife and the following
children: Dorothy, wife of George Roher, R.D. 1, Portersville, PA, Ruth the wife of Joseph Kober, R.D. 4 Slippery Rock, Donald
E. Ritenour, Perth Amboy, N.J., and Norma Jean at home. Also surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Mae Watt, Grove City; Mrs.
Elsie Hileman and Mrs. Edna terLinden both of R.D. 3 Slippery Rock, and three grandchildren. Two brothers and a sister,
Jesse, Raymond, and Bessie preceded him in death.
RITENOUR - Archie, 69 of R.D. 3 Slippery Rock, PA Service Friday at 2 p.m. in the Cunningham Funeral Home. Grove
City where the family will receive friends this evening and tomorrow from 7 to 9 p.m.
