Nellie Marie Tidswell

Funeral will be Monday for Nellie Marie Tidswell, 15 W. Connelly Blvd., Sharon, formerly of Crestwood Drive, Brookfield, who died at 1 a.m. Friday (9-9-94) in the hospital of Sharon Regional
Health System after an extended illness. She was 75.
Mrs. Tidswell was born Aug. 11, 1919, in Farrell to William H. and Carrien Barr Clark.
She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Tidswell was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Sharon; American Association Retired Persons; Hermitage
Women’s Club; and General Federation of Women’s Clubs of Pennsylvania.
In addition, she was a volunteer at Sharon Regional Health System for many years.
An avid bridge player, she was a member of several bridge clubs.
Her husband, Charles E. Tidswell Sr., whom she married Oct. 26, 1940, died June 6, 1978.
Surviving are: a son, William Tidswell, Hermitage; two brothers, James and Jack Clark, both of Masury; and four
grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Charles E. Jr. and two brothers, William and Russell Clark.

Burial in Oakwood Cemetery, Hermitage.
