IRA W. CLARK
(William (twin) Schell Family)
Ira W. (Elmo) Clark, 80 of 7509 Thelma Way, Orlando, Fla., died at 12:35 p.m. Friday in Holiday Hospital in Orlando after an extended illness.
He was born in Sharpsville, Pa pm
May 8, 1894, to the late James and Clara Mae Schell. He was a professional boxer in the 1930’s and was retired from the Travers
Construction Co., as a maintenance man with six years service.
Mr. Clark was a member of First Pentecostal Church.
His wife, the former Maude Palmer, died in December of 1966.
He is survived by two sons, Samuel and Leroy both of New Castle; five daughters, Mrs. Kenneth (Georgetta) Book and Mrs. Robert (Joan) Frazer, both of New Castle, Mrs. Leo (Charlotte) Faleski
with who he was residing in Orlando, Fla., Mrs. Auburn (Anna Mae) Honeaker of
New Castle and Mrs. Carl (Janet) Jackson of Edinburg; 25 grandchildren and 16
great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son James in 1951; three sisters and five brothers.
Friends will be received at the William F. and Roger DeCarbo funeral Home, 925 Cunningham Ave. from 7 to 9 on Sunday. The service
will be at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, in the funeral home, conducted by the Rev. Davis Owen of the church.
Burial will be in Savannah Cemetery.
