Della E. Davis, 94, of 214 N. Ray St.  died at 6:20 p.m. May17 1985, in Golden Hill Nursing Home.

She was born in New Castle on Nov. 5, 1890, to Albert and Anna Schell Bannon. She was married to William C. Davis, who died in 1956.

Mrs. Davis was a member of Epworth United Methodist Church and the Moose Club of New Castle.

Surviving is a niece, Margaret Tarkas, with whom she made her home.

She was also preceded in death by a brother, William A. Bannon, and a sister, Clara Bishop.

Visiting hours will be from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow in the William F. and Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home Inc., 926 Cunningham Ave. A service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Interment will be in Oak Park Cemetery.
