NEW CASTLE BLACKSMITH PASSES AWAY IN TOLEDO
Mrs. Albert E, Bannon of 37 South Mercer Street, received a telegram last night from her son, Albert
stating that her husband, who had been working in Toledo for the past year was dead. No particulars were given in the dispatch and she does not know weather
he met with an accident or died from disease. When she last heard from his he was in his usual health.
Mrs. Bannon telegraphed instructions to bring the body back here for burial and she is anxiously waiting
for particulars of her husband’s death. Mr. Bannon was a blacksmith and had been following that trade at Toledo. He was 44 years old and born and
reared in New Castle. His wife survives him, one son Albert, who was in Toledo, and two daughters, Mrs. Walter Bishop and Miss Della of this city.

afternoon. He was about 35 years old.
