He died at 12:45 p.m. Saturday, July 21, 2007, from injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident in Shenango Township. He was
19.
Billy was born Aug. 28, 1987, in Youngstown, a son of William Edward Schell Jr. and Lisa Rowe.
He was a 2005 graduate of Farrell High School, where he was a member of the basketball team.
He was currently emplyed by Lowe's in New Castle and had previously worked at Pet Supplies Plus, Hermitage;
and APEX Engineering Products, West Middlesex.
Billy enjoyed skateboarding, riding motorcycles, hanging out with friends, his computer, video games,
and caring for his pet lizard and spider.
He will be remembered as a caring, energic boy with a big smile.
Surviving are: his father, at home, his mother, Texas; grandparents William Edward Schell Sr. and his wife,
Dorothy Sharon; a stepsister, Stephanie, Texas; aunts, uncles, and cousins, and his girlfriend, Rachelle Lee, Hubbard.
Some called him "Little Billy", some called him Billy. His smile was his trademark where he went. A room
would brighten when Billy came in; 'cause the first thing you saw was his grin. A son so preciousm as friend so true, whatever
he had, he shared it with you. A tought, a kind, deed, a word for a while; but always, oh always he would share his smile.
Our hearts are breaking, our thoughts gone wild; I've lost my friend, I have lost my child. But only for a while, I heard
Jesus say; he's been chosen for the Master's bouquet. Hand selected by Jesus from the garden of life, gone to heaven, he's
throughwith his strive. Why is he gone? God only knows; but oh what a treasure, a smiling rose.
