SHARON – Oscar Lemuel Greene, 66, 761 McClure Ave. was dead on arrival at Sharon General Hospital at 8:30 p.m. yesterday of a heart attack.

He was born in New Castle March 10, 1905, to the Charles M. and Matilda Shope Greene. He was retired employee of the Sharon Westinghouse plant and retired a year ago.

Mr. Greene was a member of Bethlehem UP Church, Westinghouse  Clerk’s Association, Westinghouse Veterans Association, Sharon Lodge 250, F and AM and the Valley of New Castle Consistory.

He is survived by his wife, the former Mary Keith, whom he married October 25, 1927; a daughter, Mrs. David (Shirley) Davison of Enon Valley; two sons, Charles of Sharon and Kenneth of Farrell; and five grandchildren.

Friends will be received at the Edward W. Coulter Funeral Home, S. Oakland and Brindle Avenues from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow. A service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home by Rev. Joseph A. Babinsky of Behlehem UP Church. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park, Sharon.
