Delmar W. Swartz (William (twin) Schell Family)
ERIE - Delmar W. Swartz Sr., 1870 Pine Hollow Blvd., Hermitage, formerly of Erie, died Monday (5-27-1991)
in the Shenango Valley Medical Center, Farrell. He was 75. Mr. Swartz was born in Sharpsville April 9, 1916, to Charles
and Armintia Mae Gilliland Swartz. For 21 years, he has been employed by Erie Forge and Steel Inc. as a millwright. He
was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 6404, Sharpsville. His wife, the former Kathleen Bradley preceded him in
death. Surviving are: two sons, Charles, Marienville, PA and Delmar Swartz Jr., Jamestown; and a daughter, Mrs. Harry (Edith
Mae) McCormick, Spartanburg, S.C.; two stepdaughters, Ena Shingle, Erie; and Mrs. Joseph (Georgia) Ballas, Girard, PA; a brother,
Curtis A. Swartz, Sharpsville; 15 grandchildren, five step-grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and three step-great-grandchildren. Memorial
contributions may be made to Hospice of Sharon Regional Health System.

Delmar W. Swartz Sr., 1860 Pine Hollow Blvd., Sharon, formerly of Erie, who died Mondy, is survived
by his second wife, Hazel Bowman Swartz.
He was preceded in death by five brothers, Henry, Paul, George, Kenneth, and William Swartz and
three sisters, Opal Parks, Dorothy Hackett, and Beatice Kincaid.
