Services will be at a later date for Eugene P. 'Gene' Schell, 121 Clarksville St., Greenville. He died at 5:25p.m. Tuesday (5-21-91) in Greenville Regional Hospital. He was 69.
Mr. Schell was born in Kremis, Delaware Township, April 11, 1922 to Fred and Ezma Elizabeth Blair Schell.
He retired from Greenville dairy as a truck driver.
During World War II, he served in the Army.
He was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church Greenville.
Surviving are: his wife, the former Clotilda "Tillie" Agnes McCann whom he married Oct. 18, 1958; three sons , Philip L. Fredrick, Md.; John Robert, Cambridge Springs, Pa; two daughters, Mrs. Dwight (Sandra J.) Morgen, Portsmouth, Va; and Katherine Marie Schell, at home; a foster daughter, Barbara Ann Weiser, Indianapolis; two brothers, Wesley, Greenville; and Richard, Clinton, Md.; three sisters, Mrs. Ray (Freda) Alabran and Thelma Spurlock both, Greenville, and Clara Schell, Polk; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Margaret Davis/
