Mrs. Emma S. Clark

Mrs. Emma S. Clark, aged 59, widow of John F. Clark, 309 Sycamore Street, died at her home Tuesday, May 15, after an illness of three weeks.
She was born in Mercer County, May 4, 1875, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. M.G. Keith and had been a resident of New Castle the past fifty years. She was a member of the
Central Christian Church.
The following children survive: Earl F. and Paul G. at home’ Mrs. John c. Bridges, Herman M. Clark, and Mrs. James
LeRoy Kelly, all of this city; her father and two sisters, Mrs. Percy Simpson, this city, and Mrs. Pete Reitzel, Youngstown, O.; two brothers, William
and Charles Keith, this city, and thirteen grandchildren.

Funeral services for Mrs. Emma Clark were conducted at the home 309 Sycamore Street, Friday afternoon with the Rev.
John Kellner officiating. Mrs. Kellner and the Rev. Kellner sang “Face to Face” and “The Last Mile of the
Way.”
Interment was made in Oak Park Cemetery. Pallbearers were William Keith, John Brown, William Shell (Schell), Joseph Sheppard, James Hicks,
and Charles Brown.
