Former Sharon resident was member of First Baptist

SEWELL, NJ – Funeral will be Tuesday for Sadie E. McHenry, 421 Greentree Road, formerly of 1207 Hall Ave., Sharon, who died at 12:45 a.m. Friday (10-31-97) at the home of her daughter. She was 99.

Mrs. McHenry was born Aug. 11, 1898, in Sharpsville to David and Clara Mitchell Schell.

She was a member of First Baptist Church, Sharpsville, and an honorary member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority, New Jersey.

Surviving are: a daughter, June Hinkin Rodewalt, Sewell, NJ; two grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.

Besides her husband, Ernest Franklin McHenry, whom she married Oct. 30, 1970, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Lavern Coppage and Grace Moran, and a brother, Albert Schell.

Service: Funeral at 11 a.m. Tuesday (11-4-97) in the funeral.

Burial:  Hillcrest Memorial Park, Hermitage.
