Roy Williams is definitely ahead of the game, as he has already sealed up a commitment from Bishop O'Connell 6'3" sophomore point guard Kendall Marshall.

The Arlington, Virginia hoops star announced on Wednesday that he intends to play basketball for the North Carolina Tar Heels after he graduates from high school in 2010.

Marshall started for his old high school varsity team when he was 11 years old. He chose the Heels over the likes of Duke, Georgetown, Villanova, and Virginia. Marshall goes to the same high school as current Tar Heel Marcus Ginyard, one of his mentors
